Strengthening The Quality of Madrasah Services through Human Resource Management

This study aims to analyze human resource management in improving the quality of madrasa services at MTs Negeri Model Palangkaraya. research uses a qualitative case approach, where researcher interviews, observations, and documentation collecting data. The data analysis was carried out by referring Miles Huberman concept: collection, reduction, presentation, conclusion. results indicate that is through; determination service targets, needs, fulfillment evaluation performance. has implications for importance madrasah preparing resources them provide excellent community meet expectations.
